Terminal Intermodale Venezia S.p.A. has adopted a system for managing reports that can be made by all Company employees as well as by anyone who comes into contact with the Company (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors, customers) regarding violations of specific internal or external regulations. This system ensures fairness, transparency, and ethics in the conduct of company activities, while also ensuring compliance with the regulatory provisions set forth in Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, on whistleblowing and implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons reporting breaches of national legislation (hereinafter the "Whistleblowing Decree").

How to report


Reports can be made through the channels indicated below:

IT platform:  tiv.integrityline.com

This IT channel allows for written reports, ensuring the protection of the data and identity of the Reporting Party through an encrypted communication system, the confidentiality of the Person involved and of the person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the Report and related documentation, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023. The Platform also allows interaction with the Reporting Party via a dedicated messaging system.

addressed to the Reporting Manager of Terminal Intermodale Venezia S.p.A. located in Porto Commerciale – Molo A, 30175 Marghera (VE, Italy). The paper Report must be placed in two sealed envelopes: the first with the identifying data of the Reporting Person together with a photocopy of the identification document; the second with the Report. Both must then be placed in a third sealed envelope marked “confidential” for the Reporting Manager on the outside.

All reports submitted through the channels described above are addressed, received, and reviewed by the TIV S.p.A. Reporting Manager.
An External Manager acts as Reporting Manager, as indicated in the Whistleblowing Procedure.
